This intense class is designed to give you the opportunity to don't do any sacrifice to learn a classic of Italian cuisine PASTA!

The course allows you to learn all the techniques of fresh homemade pasta in the field. We will have a variety of ingredients: flour, eggs and filling for example, and of course the most valuable tool, hands!

Everything is prepared from scratch under the guidance of your expert chef with alternative products certified by the Ministry of Health and AIC (Associazione Italiana celiachia)

You will learn that you can prepare lasagna, colorful pasta, gnocchi with gluten free ingredients and also fresh, healthy and seasonal ingredients for make yummy sauces for your pasta!

Discovering the secrets of fresh pasta: The aim of the course is to teach you how to prepare simple dough, make doughs leavened, stuffed and padded, cook the different types of pasta, by the condiment.

You will also find detailed and practical information on gluten-free flour and celiac products, commonly used during the cooking course to prepare fresh pasta, such as thickeners, emulsifiers and starches.

After the class you'll enjoy your amazing preparations, sit drinking your favorite glass of wine!

    Lasagne with meat or vegetable

    Ravioli with ricotta and parmesan cheese with fresh butter

    Colored noodles with pesto

    Noodles with tomato and basil

    Traditional potatoes gnocchi with truffle butter

    Florentine Gnocchi with ricotta and spinach

    Mushroom risotto (from the broth to the risotto!)
